Information security
Pursuant to §142 of Act C of 2003 on Electronic Communications, Invitech ICT Services Ltd. holds an IT security certificate for its billing IT system that certifies the security of its billing system.
Information security
According to ISO/IEC 27001:2014, Invitech ICT Services Ltd. is certified for the information security of their server and telecommunication hosting services. This certification validates the security of critically important business information, their IT systems, and related processes for their business customers.
The management systems of the computer rooms located at the following addresses comply with the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001:2014.
The certificate is valid from 29 May 2024 to 17 May 2025.

Service management
Invitech ICT Services Ltd. has an IT service management system conforming to the requirements of ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 certification. The system covers the following services for external and internal customers: helpdesk, data centre services, on-site IT support, remote infrastructure management, data transmission and voice services.
The certificate is valid from 19 June 2024 to 19 June 2027.
Quality management
Invitech ICT Services Ltd. is ISO 9001:2015 certified for telecommunications and IT services (technical and product development, B2B and wholesale sales, implementation, customer service, technical operations, billing and customer current account management), general business processes and the operation of data centres and DR sites. The certificate verifies that customer needs are met and business processes are operated at system level and in high quality. Invitech's management system complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
The certificate is valid from 29 August 2024 to 17 August 2027.
In accordance with AQAP 2110:20216, Invitech ICT Services Ltd. operates a quality management system that meets NATO regulatory requirements in the following areas of activity:
- Telecommunications and IT Services
- General support processes
- Sales and operation of IT products, applications and services.
The certificate is valid from 17 December 2024 to 16 December 2024.
Operational safety
The Uptime Institute has a multi-level certification system. One of the most important elements of this system is the certification of design documentation. After analysing the plans, Uptime Institute warrants that the plans not only meet the requirements of the applicable Tier level, but also the industry-specific guidelines and maintenance and capacity requirements of that particular Tier level. Special attention is paid to the possible points of failure in the systems and their possible impacts on each other.
Another key element of Uptime Institute's multi-level certification system is the certification of data centres once they have been constructed. After analysing the implementation of the construction, Uptime Institute guarantees that the data centre is built according to plan, i.e. that it actually meets the requirements of TIER III certified availability. The quality of construction is checked on site, under realistic conditions, with real and artificial loads. During certification, the data centre is also subject to error simulations and long-term stress testing. Its capacity is also checked.
